The location of this place was fantastic, just a short walk from Bass River Kayaks, in a lovely area.

Asked for queen room and it was tidy and absolutely perfect with ac running. The location was great - just next door to a local beach, local restaurants and golf courses, and shops and restaurants.
Beds were very uncomfortable in this place.

The setting of hotel was good and excellent, pretty close to the beach. Moreover, it's right by shops and restaurants and Yarmouth, Brewster, Chatham and restaurants, grocery store. Booked a room with single beds.

The staff were very nice, and the pool looked great. I didn't have time to go in.Enjoyed the convenient location.
The pillows were kind of flat for me. It was older but clean. The comforter had just come out of the linen closet so it smelled like moth balls.

This place has a great location, it's close to everything, the rooms are clean and tidy with AC and single beds, and the staff is friendly, I would definitely come back.

The proximity to shops, restaurants, other Cape towns, and the beach was convenient.
Standard Queen room was tiny, and I'm guessing most of the other rooms are also; mattress needs to be upgraded, it was very uncomfortable and it was also so noisy to move around on!!! I barely slept!

Manager very pleasant upon arrival. Ready to make guests comfortable. All the rooms were non-smoking.
Would have liked towels/washcloths to be larger and thicker.
